"This is where amendments of the constitution would be proposed. This is the time and place, when any member of the party may propose additions? extentions? deletion? or revision? for parts of the Constitution"

In order for the motion to be approved, a seconder must vouch for approval of the first stage to Discussion. After a period of QUICK discussion, a vote will be carried.. However at this time, only proposed ideas will be listed.

After a list is complied, I will open the floor to discussion for the amendments(etc).. then have the list read for seconders.

The floor is now open to ratificantion of the Constitution!"

I propose the name of the Interm-Constitution to The Constitution of The United Democratic Alliance Party of 10000 Islands.

Mr. Chairman, I would also like to propose a system of ranking made specificly for the UDA that would be mentioned in the constitution

"Your Majesty (Penhaligon), keep in mind, the Constitution has allocated ranks for the UDA by the Council, I will add the Amendment you propose, if you could give more of a definition of ranks.
After it is noted, we will discuss it, when the time is called for the vote"

"As there has been little discussion of the issue, I will close any proposed changes/amendments to the Consitituion. As you are aware, the consitution can be changed by the Council of the UDA, upon the majority vote of procedure. As this may be appropriate, I believe discussion of the proposed ideas should not need be issued.

- Change of the Interm-Constitution name to The Constituion of the United Democratic Alliance Party of 10000 Islands.

- Ranking Proceedure.
I believe this should be decided and implemented to those who sit on the new Council.."

I will now allow the party to continue with the election of officials into the UDA Council.

The election will commence at once...

All members may still have nominations from the floor, either addressed through this AGM, or you may message the Speakers. The election will start January 24th, at 7:30pm Est and continue until January 27th (Thursday) at 6:00 Pm Est.

Motions from the floor for additional candidates may be allowed up until January 25 at 7:00pm EST...If a motion is called from the floor for any addidtional members, the voting station will immedietly stop, and an addition will be added, with the polls being erased, and re-voted.
