As stated in the Consitution and for clarification:
Leader of the UDA Party is:
Work on behalf of the UDA Party as a whole and those discretions of the UDA Council. The Leader will act as a spokesperson, and figurehead leader of the party, except those of Policy Review, or Policy Announcement, in which the Tri-Chancellor (Founders) will speak on behalf of the Party. The Leader works with the Tri-Chancellory to make sure the Party Day-To-Day Business. Has a vote on Council.
Deputy Leader of the UDA
The Deputy Leader is responsible for the admission of the new members into the UDA Party. (Those who register and would like to become members) The Deputy is also responsible for the Speaker/Chairperson of the Council to conduct Council meetings.
The Deputy will also step-into the spot as Leader of the Party if it is called for. Has a vote on Council.
Aldeer Representatives
The Aldeers have a vote on Council* and works to represent the members of the Party. *The Aldeer with the most votes during the election, will have an additional vote on council making it two (2). (More than any member of the entire Party)
Tri-Chancellory (Founders)
The Tri-Chancellory (Founders) have a vote each. The Tri-Chancellory is to make sure the day-to-day business of the party is being observed by that of the Leader and Council. They may represent the Party in Policy making and communication of Parties in the region, if they are of Clarification matters. The Tri-Chancellory consisiting of the Founders and the Elected Leader work as a single-Entity as Leader of the Party.
Speaker of the Council
The Speaker is elected among his/her peers on the Council of the UDA. He/She is responsible for the operation of the Council. The Speaker looses his/hers vote on Council, but may break a tie if need be.
The Council has the right to appoint any member of the Party to represent the party on issues, however otherwise stated, the Leader of the Party will be a spokesperson for the Party as a Whole.
A Tri-Chancellor will represent the party for Policy and Clarification between parties.
The Speaker may represent the Party's Council if need be.
