I will say Yay Mr.Speaker, although I would like to clarify two things. 1. By my opinion I believe pre-emptive strikes must be used sparingly, in accordance with Boktavia. 2.Althought the war in Iraq was not justified through evidence you must admit that is better now, and moral now, because a crazy real-life dictator is out of power, even if we didnt have strong evidence in the begining. Thank you.
