Although it may be difficult with the timezones and postings, the Parliament will "try" and follow 'Robert's Rules.'
The Parliament Council (Assembly of Members) is made up of the Tri-Chancellory, Leader Rep., Deputy Rep., Aldeer Rep. A and Aldeer Rep. B. and of the General Membership Assembly.
All members are encouraged to voice their nation's opinions, objections and approvals of bills/motions/amendments.
However, it is the voting nations in Parliament that have the privillage to pass or reject.
The Parliament is conducted in manner by a seperate elected 'Speaker of the Parliament UDA'. The 'Speaker' may be a member of the UDA Parliament or at General in the Assembly. The 'Speaker' acts as a Referee in the Parliament, and is notwithstanding of the provisions of the Constitution, nor of the Tri-Chancellory (For constituional definition). The 'Speaker' may ONLY vote in a result in a tie.
From time to time, a General Election, Referendum or another time of Mass Assembly Vote, that will take place within the party.
Voting Members are: Tri-Chancellor / Tri-Chancellory Chief Leader Rep. Deputy Rep. Aldeer Rep. A Aldeer Rep. B
